The RRA in partnership with the City of Rutland and other regional partners offer and promote numerous funding opportunities for large and small-scale development projects in Rutland City.

Special Benefits District Revolving Loan Fund
The Special Benefits District Revolving Loan Fund provides low interest loans for residential and commercial development in the Rutland City Special Benefits District.
Special rates are available for the creation of upper story housing in mixed use buildings.
